1. 2+ years of mobile game work experience, with complete product lifecycle operation experience preferred.
2. Familiar with data analysis, product research, competitive analysis, and mainstream user acquisition logic.
3. Experienced a complete product development-launch cycle, with insights into current market popular game gameplay and operation ideas, and a clear understanding of game content design, monetization design, and target user needs.
4. Good logical thinking, teamwork awareness, strong ability to withstand pressure, independent judgment, and ability to proactively advance work.
5. SLG work experience or deep SLG player preferred.
