Job Summary
Zeta is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer II to ensure the quality and reliability of their banking technology products. The role involves systematic testing and inspection, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and improve processes. Responsibilities include developing test plans, executing various types of tests (functional, regression, performance, integration), utilizing automated testing tools, tracking and managing defects, and contributing to process improvements. The engineer will also collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts, participate in reviews, and maintain testing documentation. Zeta is a Next-Gen Banking Tech company empowering banks and fintechs with its cloud-native platform, Tachyon.
Must Have
- Experience with automated testing tools
- Knowledge of programming languages for test automation
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- At least 4-5 years of QA experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
