The Pullman Jakarta Central Park is seeking a Sales Manager - Corporate to lead financial and administrative activities for the corporate segment. This role involves coordinating group arrangements, defining guest requirements, and ensuring effective guest services. The Sales Manager will also provide after-sales service, address guest complaints, and negotiate prices with clients. A key aspect of the role is familiarity with the hotel's computer/data processing systems. This 5-star hotel, located in Podomoro City, West Jakarta, offers 317 guestrooms, dining options, meeting venues, and spa facilities, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
Must have:
- 2-3 years experience as Sales Manager
- Good communication skills (written/verbal)
- Proficiency in Opera & Microsoft Office
- Negotiate prices with clients
- Manage guest requirements and complaints

Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Actively lead the Corporate segment’s financial and administrative activities being manage and coordinate with all group required arrangements
- Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests
- Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action
- Negotiates prices with the clients
- Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years previous experience within similar role as Sales Manager
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
- Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
