Job Description

The Sales Operations Specialist at BytePlus (ByteDance) in Singapore will partner with the business on sales planning, systems optimization, and operational cadences (pipeline reviews, forecasts, budgets). This role is crucial in driving the Lead to Cash process, designing and managing sales incentive programs, and analyzing business insights to assess ROI and risks. Responsibilities include building and running sales incentive programs, partnering with BI for reporting, supporting partnership initiatives, and advocating for best practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience with CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems.
Must have:

  • Business insights & risk assessment
  • CRM (Salesforce) & lead generation systems proficiency
  • 5+ years sales operations experience
Good to have:

Key Responsibilities: - Partner the business in terms of sales planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans etc - Play a critical role in driving the Lead to Cash process - Design, build and run Sales Incentive Programs, SPIFFS and Channel Partner Programs - Drive business insights, measure ROI and assess risks - Partner with BI to streamline and standardize reporting needs - Support Partnership team initiatives and ad hoc projects - Strong advocate for best practices and change management
Qualifications
Who You Are Minimum Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a quantitative field of study - Self-starter with at least 5 years sales operations, planning and business partnering experience - Well-versed in CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems such as Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc - Experience with BI systems and dashboards Preferred Qualifications: - Adventurous and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a high-growth environment - Design, build and execute multiple projects and initiatives from 0 to 1 ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
