Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Sales Team Lead for its Dairy vertical in Kozhikode. The role involves end-to-end sales and operations for digital payment enablement and retail businesses within the dairy ecosystem. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for selling products or services, representing the brand, and managing customer relationships from lead generation to purchase. Key responsibilities include driving sales, managing a team, understanding distribution concepts, and ensuring team incentives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales, team management, and a good understanding of market dynamics and sales metrics.
Must have:
- Smartphone, bike & helmet
- Zeal for growth
- Good market knowledge
- Prior channel sales experience
- Managed a sales team of 5
- Understands distribution, expansion, metrics
- Experience in getting team lucrative incentives
Good to have:
- More than 3 years of channel & distribution experience
- Team handling experience
- Proficient in Excel & sales data tools

About the team:
Dairy vertical include digital payment enablement at all Dairy outlets and its ecosystem, and other retail business. This team is predominantly responsible for handling end-to-end sales and operations of this category.
About the role:
To sell products or services for a company and represent their brand. Also, to manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.

1. Must have Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
2. Candidate must have a zeal for Growth
3. Candidate should have good market knowledge
4. Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
5. Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
6. Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
