Role Summary

Position: SDE-2 (4+ Years Experience)

We’re seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer who can independently lead the design and implementation of deployment workflows, cloud infrastructure, and automation solutions. This role requires strong technical ownership and collaboration with development teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, or similar.

• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, CloudFormation, and automation scripts.

• Lead Docker-based containerization and Kubernetes orchestration efforts in production environments.

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system observability and uptime.

• Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, deployment, and application layers.

• Drive DevOps best practices across teams and contribute to technical decision-making.

Requirements

• 4+  years of experience in Linux/Unix administration and strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go, Node.js).

• Solid hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS mandatory), including services like EKS, EC2, CloudFormation, etc.

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and version control tools (Git).

• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and build automation.

• Exposure to distributed systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, and service discovery tools like Zookeeper/Consul.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with service mesh tools (ISTIO), ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and monitoring systems like CloudWatch or Prometheus.

• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra).
