Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and oversee marketing strategies for TiMi games in South Korea, leveraging overseas publishing processes. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns (creative marketing, PR, events), understanding player needs in South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, and collaborating with various teams (product, operations, advertising, community). The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure. Success hinges on effective campaign execution, achieving marketing goals, and leveraging local channels, media partners, and KOLs.

  • Successful game launches
  • Proven online promotion results
  • Korean language proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
Good to have:
  • Shooting/strategy game experience

What the Role Entails

  • Develop marketing strategies for TiMi games in the South Korean region based on overseas publishing processes.
  • Oversee and manage marketing campaigns at various stages, including but not limited to creative marketing, PR communications, and event marketing, ensuring effective execution and accountability for overall marketing results.
  • Understand player needs and market conditions in regions such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Leverage experience with local channels, media partners, and KOLs to expand and maintain local resources.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, operations, advertising, and community teams to provide local market insights, promote product localization, and drive the achievement of final marketing goals.

Who We Look For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in game marketing and publishing, with at least 2 years of local market marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with game publishing processes and various marketing modules, with a proven track record of successfully launching game projects and measurable online promotion cases and results.
  • Preference is given to candidates with experience in shooting or strategy game genres, or those who are experienced players in these genres.
  • Proficiency in the local language of the responsible region as a working language. Candidates with local working experience are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
