Job Description

Traega Entertainment is seeking a Senior Systems Designer who is passionate about crafting compelling gameplay systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in systems design with shipped titles, demonstrating their expertise. They should be proactive in finding creative solutions to problems and possess a technical mind with scripting knowledge to create prototypes. The role involves leading feature teams, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create memorable user experiences. The designer must be dedicated, organized, and bring cohesion to the systems they create. A team-first mindset and strong mentorship capabilities are essential for this full-time, on-site position.

Job Details

Traega Entertainment is looking for Senior Systems Designer that is a passionate crafter of compelling gameplay systems.

You are experienced in systems design with shipped titles that demonstrate your prowess. You take initiative with creative solutions for problem solving. Your technical mind and scripting knowledge enables you to create prototypes of your creative visions. You are experienced leading feature teams and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to create compelling, memorable user experiences. You are dedicated and organized, bringing cohesion to the systems you create. You have a team first mindset and strong capacity for mentorship.

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Nashville, Tennessee area working on a new PC/Console franchise.
