SciPlay is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join its HR team on a maternity leave replacement basis. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and reference checks. The ideal candidate will be creative in finding talent, leverage sourcing tools, maintain a strong talent pipeline, collaborate with hiring managers, and utilize the company's Applicant Tracking System. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient recruiting processes while upholding the company's culture. The position requires 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong time management, prioritization skills, and excellent communication in English and Hebrew.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and energized talent acquisition to join our leading HR team, to help us find & attract the best talents to join our rapidly growing team. The talent Acquisition will play a key role in recruiting talented candidates and be an integral part of creating a good candidate experience while preserving the company's DNA.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, pre-screen candidates, conducting phone interviews and reference check
  • Creatively find and recruit amazing candidates using common sourcing tools
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers
  • Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to ensure effective and efficient recruiting processes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Recruiting experience
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
  • Expert at managing multiple tasks, deadlines and projects
  • Team player, creative thinker
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Hebrew)
