As a Talent Development Intern at Xepelin in Chile, you'll play a vital role in supporting the People team with impactful training and development initiatives. You'll be working directly with internal stakeholders to implement training programs aligned with talent management needs, covering areas like leadership, technical skills, and more. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with various teams, including Revenue, Engineering, and Product, to coordinate and organize training implementations.
* Contributing to the design and preparation of training materials and leader meetings.
* Assisting with the logistics of both in-person and virtual training events, including coordinating with external vendors.
* Maintaining clear communication with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality, impactful training that prioritizes the employee experience.
* Supporting the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS) to efficiently develop and track development initiatives.
* Monitoring metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs in various areas.
