As a Vendor Account Manager with Turkish at EveryMatrix, you will be the primary contact for vendors, building strong partnerships and ensuring mutual success. Responsibilities include regular communication with vendors, identifying revenue growth opportunities, analyzing performance data, managing new game launches, staying updated on iGaming trends, and collaborating with internal teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to vendors, overseeing the entire launch process and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires strong communication (English and Turkish), analytical, and organizational skills, along with experience in account management or a similar role. Experience in iGaming or related technical fields is a plus.

About the job:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Vendor Account Manager with Turkish to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our vendors, building strong partnerships and ensuring mutual success. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to oversee game launches, optimize performance, and drive growth in the dynamic iGaming industry.

What you'll get to do:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Regularly communicate with vendors to align on goals, opportunities, and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance vendor partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and suggest optimizations.
  • Create and manage tasks for new game launches based on the vendors’ roadmap.
  • Oversee the end-to-end launch process, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Stay updated on iGaming trends, key markets, and vendor product features.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of games, features, and vendor products to provide guidance and support.
  • Keep the Product Manager informed about vendors’ new features, releases, and key updates.
  • Update the CRM with accurate and relevant vendor information to ensure data consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and tech, to align vendor-related projects and goals.

What you need to shine:

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, vendor relationship management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry or related technical fields (IT/Telecoms) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management processes.
  • A proactive mindset, self-motivation, and a client-oriented attitude.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach.

Here's what we offer:

  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
  • Stay healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.
  • Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).

Support for New Parents:

  • 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.
  • 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
