We are a UK-based boutique visual effects studio specialising in  film and episodic content, and we are currently seeking expressions of interest for an experienced VFX Producer to support anticipated upcoming work. This is a hybrid role, and applicants must be currently residing in the UK and fully eligible to work.

About the Role

As a VFX Producer within a small, agile team, you will be expected to take a proactive and hands-on approach, contributing across a range of production functions. You will play a central role in managing day-to-day operations of VFX projects - balancing creative goals with production realities to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end production process across one or more VFX projects
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and delivery targets are met
  • Coordinate effectively with artists, and supervisors, to maintain clear lines of communication
  • Facilitate smooth production workflows while maintaining focus on efficiency and quality
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation in line with project scope
  • Maintain accurate progress tracking using tools such as FTrack (experience preferred)
  • Contribute to team planning and problem-solving across departments as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a VFX Producer in film and/or episodic production environments
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • A flexible, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project needs
  • Familiarity with production tracking tools, particularly FTrack
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote and in-studio as required)
  • Must be currently based in the UK with valid work authorisation
