Job Description

This Marketing Planning Specialist role involves strategic planning, execution, and coordination of marketing and promotion activities for game titles. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive promotional concepts and plans, directing creative production, executing digital promotion strategies, managing advertising (TV, transit), influencer campaigns, and online/offline events. Market research, competitor analysis, and case studies are also key. The role requires fluent Japanese and Chinese communication (written and verbal) to bridge the Japanese and Chinese marketing and development teams. The ideal candidate is familiar with Japanese social media trends, has experience playing various game genres, and possesses strong execution, communication, and collaboration skills.

Must have:

2+ years in Japanese game operation, marketing, or advertising
Business-level Japanese and Chinese
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
N1 Japanese language proficiency
Strategic planning & execution
Cross-team collaboration

Good to have:

Entertainment industry interest
Corporate translation experience
Familiarity with Japanese social media trends

・ゲーム用ソフト又はオンラインゲーム用ソフトの開発、発行、運営および代理

・ゲーム業務事業展開

・前各号に付帯関連する一切の業務

仕事内容：

1.弊社ゲームタイトルのプロモーション・マーケティング等における戦略の企画・立案・実行。代理店やメディア等との調整や折衝。

具体的な仕事内容の例は以下の通り

・プロモーションの総合コンセプト、プランの立案

・プロモーションクリエイティブ制作のディレクション

・デジタルプロモーション戦略の企画・実行

・交通広告、TVCMの企画・発注・進行管理

・インフルエンサー施策の企画

・オンラインオフライン問わずのキャンペーン及びイベント企画・実行

・異業種コラボレーション

・スケジュールやコストなどシミュレーションと管理

2. マーケティング立案際しての競合タイトル・市場調査、ケーススタディ

3. 中⇄日通訳・翻訳（口頭＋書面）を通して、日本と中国、両方のマーケティングチーム及び開発チームに対して、円滑にコミュニケーションが取れるようサポートする。

■必須

・2年以上の日本ゲーム運営経験またはマーケティング、プロモーション、広告代理業務経験を有する

・日本語と中国語がビジネスレベル以上

・Word、Excel、PowerPoint

■尚可

・エンタテインメント(ゲーム・音楽・映画・アニメや新しいエンタメ等)に対する興味・関心

・企業向けの通訳・翻訳経験

求める語学力：

■必須

・N1取得相当の語学レベルは必須

・日常的に日本語の読み書き・会話を多用する

・会議中に概ね内容を捉えメモ作成ができる

求める人材:

・日本の主流SNS(Youtube、Twitter、Tiktokを含む)に精通し、トレンドに敏感。

・スマホ、PC向けの多様なジャンルのゲームタイトルをプレイした経験のある方。

・実行力、コミュニケーション能力、横断的な連携能力、また、コンテンツに対してコントロールや最適化ができる。強い責任感とチームワーク力を持っている。

・多様なタスク要求をこなしながらも、ロジカルに仕事の優先順位を考えながら仕事をコントロールできる方。
