Job Description

The Associate Account Director (AAD) will collaborate with Planning and Creative teams to deliver Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) materials such as TVCs, KVs, and short videos. This role requires 5+ years of agency experience and involves leading a team of managers and executives. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships (mid-level), leading project briefings/debriefings/reviews/presentations, overseeing project progress to ensure on-brand, on-time, and on-brief deliverables, addressing client feedback, guiding the account team, anticipating and resolving issues, and training junior staff. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is crucial.

Must have:

5+ years agency experience
Team leadership (managers & executives)
Client relationship management
Project management (briefing, debriefing, reviews)
On-time and on-brand delivery
Excellent communication (English & Mandarin)
Problem-solving and conflict resolution

Job Description

An Associate Account Director will partner with Planning and Creative teams to develop and deliver items of IMC, i.e. a TVC, a KV, a short video etc., must have at least 5+ years agency experience and currently leading a team of managers and executives.

• Build and maintain relationship with mid-level clients
• Lead project-based briefing/debriefing/internal reviews/presentation
• Oversee project progress to ensure deliverables on-brand, on-time and on-brief, and properly revert to mid-level clients’ feedback and offer better solution
• Guide and support the account team, anticipate issues/conflicts and resolve
• Train and guide junior staff

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain relationship with mid-level clients
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English and Mandrain
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team with 2-3 staff
