An Associate Account Director will partner with Planning and Creative teams to develop and deliver items of IMC, i.e. a TVC, a KV, a short video etc., must have at least 5+ years agency experience and currently leading a team of managers and executives.
• Build and maintain relationship with mid-level clients
• Lead project-based briefing/debriefing/internal reviews/presentation
• Oversee project progress to ensure deliverables on-brand, on-time and on-brief, and properly revert to mid-level clients’ feedback and offer better solution
• Guide and support the account team, anticipate issues/conflicts and resolve
• Train and guide junior staff
• Ability to maintain relationship with mid-level clients
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English and Mandrain
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team with 2-3 staff
