Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping of day to day transactions
• Create periodic reports, such as balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and other related documents
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Perform audits and resolve discrepancies
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Assists management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
• Handles preparation of billing invoices and timely recording of all expenses
• Preparation of BIR Form 2307 for Suppliers/Vendors
• Preparation of tax reports, its filing and payment
• Keep informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement solutions

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
