Job Description
Tic Toc Games Inc. is looking for an accountant to manage all financial transactions and ensure compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures. The responsibilities include bookkeeping of day-to-day transactions, creating periodic reports (balance sheet, profit & loss statement), maintaining accurate financial records, performing audits and resolving discrepancies, reconciling bank statements, assisting management in decision-making with budgets and forecasts, handling billing invoices and expense recording, preparing BIR Form 2307, tax reports, and ensuring compliance. The role also involves staying informed about financial legislation and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Must have:
- At least 2 years of accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping of day to day transactions
- Create periodic reports, such as balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and other related documents
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Perform audits and resolve discrepancies
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Assists management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Handles preparation of billing invoices and timely recording of all expenses
- Preparation of BIR Form 2307 for Suppliers/Vendors
- Preparation of tax reports, its filing and payment
- Keep informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement solutions
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
