The AI Technical Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of an enterprise-wide AI Assistant. Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end AI implementation strategy, identifying opportunities through digital transformation, developing roadmaps for AI Assistant capabilities in facilities management, HR, finance, payroll, time & attendance, billing, and safety. Collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams to productize internal data. Ensuring that AI-driven applications are customer-centric, intuitive, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Driving cross-functional alignment. Staying on the pulse of AI advancements.
Must have:
  • Proven experience leading AI implementation strategies in complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience in both predictive and generative AI.
  • Demonstrated success in productizing data through AI-driven tools.
  • Strong background as a Technical Product Manager in AI or data products.
  • Deep business acumen translating technical capabilities into business value.
  • Experience building or managing customer-facing assistant solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience building AI solutions across multiple functional areas.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or workforce management solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools and frameworks for NLP, ML, and generative AI.
  • Masters in computer science/data science preferred.

Job Details

AI Technical Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and business-savvy Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of an enterprise-wide AI Assistant. This role will focus on delivering intelligent, customer-centric solutions across key business functions including Insite, HR, Finance, Payroll, Labor Management, Billing, and Safety. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in both predictive and generative AI, a strong track record of productizing data, and a passion for solving real business problems through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead the end-to-end AI implementation strategy, from discovery to deployment, across multiple business functions.

  • Identify opportunities through digital transformation initiatives, developing scalable, AI-powered solutions that improve operations and productivity.

  • Develop and execute the roadmap for a comprehensive AI Assistant to support Predictive and generative AI capabilities in the following areas:

    • Facilities management/Insite: SOW Management, Verifications & Validations, Routes & Productivity, Work Requests, Reporting, Score Cards
    • HR: Onboarding, Performance Management
    • Finance: Budget Management
    • Payroll: Burden Management
    • Time & Attendance: Labor Management
    • Billing
    • Safety

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to productize internal data and build intelligent, proactive assistant capabilities.

  • Ensure that AI-driven applications are customer-centric, intuitive, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment with stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-impact AI features and tools.

  • Stay on the pulse of AI advancements, applying innovative methods to improve automation, insights, and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading AI implementation strategies in complex enterprise environments.

  • Hands-on experience in both predictive and generative AI, with a focus on real-world application and business impact.

  • Demonstrated success in productizing data through AI-driven tools, platforms, or assistants.

  • Strong background as a Technical Product Manager within the AI or data products space.

  • Deep business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.

  • Experience building or managing customer-facing or internal assistant solutions.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building AI solutions across multiple functional areas (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations).

  • Background in enterprise SaaS or workforce management solutions.

  • Familiarity with tools and frameworks for natural language processing, machine learning, and generative AI.

  • Masters in computer science/data science preferred.
Compensation: $250,000 - $275,000 per year (Bonus Eligible)
