Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Business Planning & Analysis to assist with developing sales forecasting models for their games. The role involves contributing to scenario analyses to inform commercial strategy decisions, identifying and communicating financial insights, risks, and opportunities. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing dashboards, performing data validation for accuracy, and working with accounting teams. The analyst will also develop knowledge of the global video game market and its trends. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics, with 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, corporate finance, or related fields. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills are essential.

The Challenge:

Assist with development of short- and long-term sales forecasting models for our labels’ games to support our quarterly guidance, annual budget, long-range plan and new project greenlight processes. Contribute to scenario analyses for our labels to inform commercial strategy decisions, e.g. SKU strategy, optimal release window, pricing, inventory management, etc.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Help identify and communicate financial insights, risks, and opportunities in the context of lifecycle planning
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards to visualize forecast data for T2 and label management
  • Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of input data before processing or analysis
  • Work with accounting and financial reporting teams to obtain an understanding of relevant financial matters and reporting changes
  • Develop and sustain a sound knowledge of the global video game market and its trends

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant field of study required.
  • 0-2 years in data analysis, corporate finance, investment banking and/or management consulting experience (or other relevant experience in any of the areas above) preferred
  • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) preferred
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort presenting to executive-level audiences
  • Must be a strong team player is able to work collaboratively with all departments and levels within the company
  • Self-starter, quick learner, proactive and highly motivated
  • Passion for video games and/or technology

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $78,900 and $116,760 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
