We are currently seeking an Associate Manager of Site Merchandising for a global retail client based in Bentonville, AR. This is an exciting 6-month project opportunity with the potential for overtime and an extension.

As the Associate Manager of Site Merchandising, you will play a critical role in optimizing the online shopping experience for a global retailer. Your primary focus will be improving product visibility, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring accurate and effective product listings across the digital platform. You'll collaborate with multiple teams to drive strategic enhancements to navigation, searchability, and product presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and leverage popular search terms and high-traffic areas to improve product visibility and discoverability.
  • Implement customer-centric navigation strategies, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing product placements (e.g., 3ups and 5ups).
  • Investigate customer search and browsing behaviors to understand their site journey and improve conversion rates.
  • Refine product attributes to increase searchability and optimize the likelihood of purchase.
  • Monitor product availability, working with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Execute SEO strategies to improve product page visibility, relevance, and ranking.
  • Optimize site navigation, focusing on product range and pricing to enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead the development of shelf structures for new and expanding product ranges, ensuring easy access and discoverability.
  • Curate products for promotions and highlights based on strategic business goals and customer interest.
  • Evaluate and adjust product listing organization for the most effective display and user engagement.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Proven experience in site merchandising, product organization, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO and optimizing product pages for search engine visibility.
  • Excellent analytical skills to study and understand customer search patterns and behavior.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for enhancing the online customer experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week, and the assignment must last a minimum of 10 weeks.
