Job Description

This is a Business Development role for Banking Alliance EDC Retail, focusing on expanding the bank tie-up network and driving sales of EDC/POS solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation, relationship management with banks, managing a team of BDMs, ensuring market penetration and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong networking, extensive travel, and adherence to quality and TAT (Turn Around Time). Key performance indicators (KPIs) include bank tie-ups, Capex revenue, lead generation, and activation of EDC/SB base. The position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra or Delhi-NCR.

1. Responsible for the Bank Tie-up/Lead Generation/Relationship Management with existing Banks/Sales enrolments/Sales (EDC/POS) in the assigned geography.
2. Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers.
3. Handle the team members (BDMs) and motivate them to achieve better sales.
4. Ensure the team members are in a market where enrolments & usage are done regularly.
5. He should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas.
6. Ensure quality and adhering the TAT.
