Paytm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead their Credit Cards business. This role involves driving the end-to-end process, from lead creation to card activation, and building a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for credit card lead generation and conversion, building and managing a team of professionals, driving process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and meeting and exceeding business targets. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in leading credit cards or related financial services businesses, a strong understanding of the credit cards industry, and excellent leadership and team management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end process, from credit card lead creation to card activation, and building a high-performing team to support this critical function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a team of professionals to support credit cards business, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance customer experience and business efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment and maximum impact
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Meet and exceed business targets, including lead volume, conversion rates, and card activation numbers
