Brand Manager – Global Brand Development & Marketing

We’re looking to hire a Brand Manager – Global Brand Development & Marketing for a global entertainment and toy company known for innovation, creativity, and delivering joy through play.

You’ll join the Global Brand Development & Marketing team to lead strategic brand initiatives for a high-profile action brand. This is a 6-month hybrid contract opportunity located in Pawtucket, RI, with in-office work expected Tuesday through Thursday.

Brand Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead global product development and line planning for the Kid and Preschool segments of an iconic franchise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Packaging, Engineering, Demand Planning, and Marketing.

• Drive insight-led product innovation using consumer and social insights.

• Serve as global consumer insights and competitive market segment specialist.

• Partner with regional teams to understand market needs and drive local strategy alignment.

• Maintain data integrity across internal systems for forecasting and product planning.

• Deliver impactful internal and external presentations.

• Analyze product performance data and provide actionable insights.

• Lead development of go-to-market strategy and marketing execution.

Brand Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

• Consumer-focused with creative and strategic thinking.

• Experience with POS, NPD, and other reporting systems.

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
