The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
• Help define and refine product requirements and user stories.
• Support product lifecycle activities including discovery, prioritization, delivery, and rollout.
• Participate in customer discussions, especially with Italian-speaking clients, and translate feedback into actionable insights.
• Work closely with engineering, UX, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment across functions.
• Contribute to product roadmaps, especially in ambiguous or evolving areas where long term paths are not clearly defined.
• Embrace the opportunity to grow into a core product management role, with guidance and mentoring.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Fluency in Italian (Minimum B2 level or above) – spoken and written.
• Strong interest in product management and building solutions in the banking and financial services domain.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities – ability to communicate clearly with business and technical teams.
• Comfort working in complex or ambiguous situations with evolving priorities.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute, even if transitioning from a non-technical background.
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Preferred skills

• Trading support experience/exposure to trading protocols; e.g. FIX is a plus.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting or object-oriented programming language.
• Experience working with both Windows Server and UNIX/Linux.
• Service Management knowledge.
