Job Description

SOFTSWISS is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. The role involves researching Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Payment Processors (PMs) relevant to market needs, initiating and managing communication with potential PSPs, and supporting the underwriting process by requesting necessary documentation. Responsibilities include forecasting volumes, calculating rates and fees for new PSPs, collaborating with Treasury and Legal teams on contracts and commercials, and establishing referral agreements. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and increasing margin levels per market. Experience in high-risk verticals such as forex, gambling, and crypto is required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Holding actual PSP and PM research as per our main market needs
  • Perform calls and further communication with potential PSPs
  • Help underwriting process by sending requests for Check List, NDAs and KYC/B from the PSP
  • Make volume forecasts, rate and fee calculations for new PSPs, BAM and On-boarding Teams
  • Work closely with Treasury and Legal team regarding new PSPs, current contract and commercials, discounts etc.
  • Arrange Referral agreements with PSP, Gateways, Facilitators/Integrators and others and promote to partners
  • Control the margin level per market and take actions to increase it

Requirements:

  • Experience 1+ years in the same role or the role related to the current position
  • Advanced level of English as both internal communication and communication with clients is in English
  • Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients
  • Experience in high-risk verticals such as forex, gambling, crypto, and other regulated industries is required
