Job Description

  • To help drive partner marketing activities to establish as the partner of choice, by improving brand perception, demand across target customers, media, ecosystem partners & analysts.
  • Design, develop, and execute an integrated joint marketing plan aligned to business goals.
  • Work with the business and partner ecosystem to develop joint thought leadership, case studies, videos, solution collaterals, press releases, internal communications and other types of content that support planned campaigns as well as ongoing needs.
  • Identify, develop and support events, both virtual and in-person, aligned to the joint marketing plan. Lead global partner events from planning, execution and measuring the ROI. Work across MUs, regional leads to strategically position Capgemini effectively at these events and drive sales pipeline opportunities.
  • Oversee participation in analyst and advisory reports, working with Capgemini’s analyst relations team as well as the business.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global & Local marketing teams to ensure content is collected, packaged, developed, and promoted and relevant Sales Enablement Sessions are planned.
  • Responsible for tracking ROI of all partner initiatives and establishing tracking mechanisms using various reporting platforms.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player with marketing, partner organization and business colleagues.

Primary Skill

  • Ability to build strategic perspective, influence, and ability to execute it.
  • Thorough understanding of content-led brand development principles, partner marketing frameworks, techniques, and best practices.

Secondary Skills

  • Ability to narrate interesting and relevant stories that stand out from the clutter while retaining the core solution value proposition.
  • Exceptional skills in time management and managing stakeholders.
