Are you a seasoned Engineering Manager with a knack for driving innovation and growth? At Quizizz, we're on the lookout for a dynamic leader to spearhead our talented Growth engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping, developing, and optimizing our groundbreaking educational platform, ensuring an impeccable experience for our users.

Who you are -

You'll be at the forefront, leading a dynamic team of software engineers. Your role isn't just about managing; it's about inspiring and guiding your team to achieve engineering excellence.
Define and uphold technical standards, best practices, and coding conventions for various growth projects. Your expertise will shape the way we build, ensuring excellence in every line of code.
Architectural decisions are in your capable hands. You'll ensure that our engineering solutions are scalable, maintainable, and in line with our technology roadmap.
Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance to maintain high code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Stay ahead of the curve, keeping up with the latest technologies, trends, and tools. Your innovative spirit will enhance our product experience and keep us on the cutting edge.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute the growth roadmap. Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals through seamless teamwork.
