Ninja Xpress is a leading last-mile delivery service company in Indonesia, dedicated to supporting the growth of local Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) since 2015. They offer flexible services, real-time tracking, and professional customer support. To further assist their SME clients, Ninja Xpress provides various rewards programs like Point Rewards, Creative Hub, Prima Benefit, Aksilerasi, and Capital Loans. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and growing clients within the social commerce market, engaging in continuous cold calling to acquire new clients, and arranging sales meetings. The role involves tracking prospects, identifying decision-makers, and offering tailored solutions. Key duties include understanding client needs, staying updated on industry trends, managing key client accounts, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. The executive will also research new opportunities, prepare reports, and collaborate with management and other departments to provide market insights. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer acquisition management skills, along with proficiency in Ms. Office and a strong service orientation.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years experience in Sales/Business Development/Acquisition
  • Experience in logistic/last mile industry preferred

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market
  • Continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers)
  • Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Track prospects - identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that company can offer - to specific client’s need
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Managing key clients accounts
  • Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications
  • Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
  • Located in Bojonegoro
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in Sales Executive/Business Development/Acquisition Executive, preferably  experience logistic/last mile industry
  • Critical and fast thinking related to understanding a prospect's interest level in a Small Medium Enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, high energy, positive attitude 
  • Able to handle rejection and pressure
  • Skilled in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition Management, Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, Ms. Office, and Service Orientation
