You will manage and drive Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and their support activities in coordination with Marketing and Development Teams. Understanding the High Power and Automotive market segments is crucial. Responsibilities include regular meetings with key accounts, defining pricing strategies with a value selling approach, providing presentations and progress reports to management, and delivering accurate forecasts. This customer-facing role requires regular travel and fluency in German and English.
