Job Description
AGS is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, upgrade, and maintain gaming equipment at various casino locations. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, generating detailed reports, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and participating in a weekly on-call rotation. The ideal candidate possesses basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking, computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), and a valid driver's license. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Successful candidates must undergo a background check, drug screen, and human performance evaluation.

Are you tech-savvy, ready to troubleshoot with the best, and have a passion for gaming? AGS is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and help keep the game going. If you're excited about working with cutting-edge gaming equipment, solving puzzles, and delivering top-notch customer service, this role is for you!
What Youāll Do:
š Tech-Savvy Tasks: Dive into the technical sideāinstalling, upgrading, and performing procedures on gaming equipment.
š§ Maintenance Master: Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products. Youāll make sure everything runs smoothly!
š Report Wizard: Complete paperwork and reports like a proātimely, detailed, and accurate.
š Customer Service Champion: Provide ābest-in-the-businessā service to our customersā¦internal and external.
ā” Troubleshooting Superstar: Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalate issues when needed.
š¦ Inventory Hero: Keep track of the necessary parts and inventory to stay on top of your game.
ā° On-Call Rotation: Be part of a weekly on-call rotation with your fellow techniciansābecause sometimes, the game needs you 24/7.
š” Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and keep it cool even when troubleshooting in high-energy environments.
What You Bring to the Table:
š« Education: High School diploma or GED
š License to Drive: A valid driverās license, vehicle insurance
š» Tech Skills: Youāre a problem solver, with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking (no need to be an expert, weāll help you level up!).
š§ Experience: Knowledge in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience? Bonus points!).
š Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
š
Flexibility: A sometimes-changing schedule and the ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (because gaming never sleeps).
š Compliance: Ability to get licensed through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Physical & Work Environment:

Work environments may vary, so get ready for the adventure of working in different settings (sometimes non-climate-controlled).
