Immutable is seeking a growth-focused Finance Manager for a 9-month maternity leave cover position, with potential for extension. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, the role involves driving process improvements within the Finance function, ensuring continuity of finance operations, and gaining exposure to the blockchain/web3 space. Key responsibilities include owning parts of general accounting, monthly financial close, and financial operations. The role also entails reviewing processes, ensuring appropriate tech stacks and internal processes for scalability and automation, coordinating with external accountants and tax advisors for compliance, and demonstrating accountability, innovative thinking, and continuous improvement.
Must have:
- CA/CPA designation
- 3+ years post-qualification experience
- Experience in high-growth environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills

About The Role 🤔
We're on the hunt for a growth-focused Finance Manager for a 9-month maternity leave cover, with potential to extend!
You will report directly to the SVP of Finance, and will play a key role in driving process improvements within Immutable’s Finance function. As Finance Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the continuity of Immutable’s finance operations whilst gaining exposure to the blockchain/web3 space in a high-growth start-up.
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮
- Own parts of our general accounting, monthly financial close process and financial operations
- Review our processes and ensure the function has the appropriate tech stack and internal processes in place to support scalability and automation of the business, as well as maximising team productivity and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, transfer pricing, filing and withholding requirements
- Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, innovative thinking, and continuous improvement
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝
- CA/CPA designation
- 3+ years experience post-qualification, ideally with some experience in industry as well as in chartered/public accounting
- Experience working in high-growth environments
- Strong interpersonal skills - this is a high visibility role which requires strong stakeholder management skills
