Full Stack Developers

Kokotree is the #1 . We are an early childhood development platform and educational streaming service, and we offer high-quality educational videos for toddlers and preschoolers. Kokotree’s mission is to help children become lifelong learners.

Kokotree is looking for a Full Stack Software Developer with object-oriented programming experience. Full Stack Software Developers will be responsible for developing and maintaining Kokotree’s web, mobile, and Smart TV applications. This position requires a strong understanding of web application development, relational databases, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a team environment and be able to take direction from lead developers.

Responsibilities

5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Core, MySql, Angular 11+, SCSS, and Javascript
Experience with web application development, relational databases, Object Oriented Programming, and software design patterns
Ability to take direction from lead developers
Implement and maintain our production and development infrastructure
Work closely with UI/UX Designers to implement the desired functionality
Mentor other team engineers in areas such as software development standard methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and professional development
Prioritize incoming work and set goals for yourself and the team
Collaborate with other teams to improve the developer experience working within the codebase
Work closely with the Design and QA teams on improvements to the test and release infrastructure

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Core, MySql, Angular 11+, SCSS, and Javascript
Ionic Mobile Application experience is a plus
Knowledge of Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire, Chromecast, and other Smart TV or Devices is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to be hands-on and understand the team’s processes and areas for improvement
Familiarity with full-stack web technologies and DevOps methodology
