Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for the company's HR processes and new recruitments. Key responsibilities include recruiting, pre-screening, and conducting interviews. They will coordinate employee adaptation and performance, implement HR policies, advise management on personnel issues, provide employee support, organize corporate events, prepare reports, and supervise health and safety policies. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing team that develops high-quality products.
Must have:
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT/gaming.
- Managerial skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Russian language proficiency
- Very good command of the English language

Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, pre-screening, on-site/online interviews;
- Coordinating adaptation and performance;
- Working with current HR procedures and policies, and implementing new ones;
- Advising management on personnel management issues;
- Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues;
- Organising corporate and social events;
- Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis;
- Supervising health and safety policies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company;

- Russian language proficiency;
- Very good command of the English language.
