Are you service-oriented and seeking a unique career opportunity? At Evolution, your presentation skills and personality take center stage as you present our casino games live on-camera. If you've never dealt before, don't fret!

Here's what you can anticipate:

  • Evolution Academy Training: Start with us, and you'll undergo two weeks of thorough training at our Evolution Academy. Learn the ropes of our core casino games and hone your on-camera presentation skills.
  • Work Schedule: Our studio operates 24/7 so preparedness for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts is essential.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Individuals who are professional, mature, and understand the importance of workplace guidelines.
  • Those with a strong service mindset and excellent communication abilities.
  • Responsibility and dedication not just to the role but to team collaboration.
  • The ability to engage and offer a memorable experience for our live players.
  • Quick learners who adapt seamlessly to new concepts.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License.
  • Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
  • Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Responsible, dedicated, and dependable.
