The Direct To Consumer (DTC) Core Strategy Analytics team is looking for a Lead Data Analyst who will help to measure and understand audience behavior and take action to mitigate subscriber churn across a growing ecosystem of Disney’s streaming service offerings (Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+). Our team masters exploratory data analysis, advanced reporting, data visualization and storytelling to deliver actionable insights and provide recommendations to drive business decision-making. This team collaborates cross-functionally across the DTC organization as well as with stakeholders from business units across The Walt Disney Company to generate insightful, compelling, and strategic analyses.
This role will build strong relationships and partner closely with Executive Leadership, Business Operations, Product & Content Programming teams to understand drivers of subscriber health, identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention, and measure impact of strategic business initiatives. The team’s work will drive the development of business and operational plans that are expected to have broad influence at all levels of the organization. The right person for this role has exceptional analytical capabilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, is a good communicator, and is passionate about providing impact.
