Propose of job

As a Lead Digital Marketing Analyst, you will work at the forefront of digital marketing technologies, applying your data-driven mindset and skills to data analysis and cross-platform data integration. You’ll help implement, optimize and analyze digital marketing strategy, while incorporating best practices such as taxonomy governance, detailed reporting, and advanced analytics, towards driving business decisions that create a tangible impact.

We'll trust you to

    • Build & deliver standardized and custom reports for business stakeholders.
    • Partner with other teams on measurement across site experiences.
    • Analytics Support – Provide client support for issues or questions regarding digital analytics solutions.
    • Familiar with analytical thinking, mathematical concepts and digital analytics methodologies
    • ARCHITECTURE & IMPLEMENTATION
    • Design, develop and support the web analytics instrumentation architecture - Own all Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager environment & processes.
    • Expertise in creating and implementing data taxonomy governance best practices
    • Consistently evaluate and revise environment where necessary to improve stability, flexibility, scalability, and futureproofing including debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing configuration issues.
    • Develop custom analytics JavaScript to create events and triggers in Google Tag Manager.
    • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and workarounds.
    • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of tagging environment by continually monitoring tags, both manually and with automated tools.
    • Digital Analytics (Email/CRM)
    • Knowledge and experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
    • Knowledge of Veeva Promo Mats a Plus
    • Knowledge of Adobe Systems including Marketo, AEP and AEM a Plus
    • Understanding of email client compatibility issues and workarounds.
    • Understanding email personalization techniques (e.g. SFMC AMPScript)

You'll need to have:

    • 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing analysis or a similar role
    • Expertise in pharmaceutical / Life Sciences preferred.
    • Expertise with GA4 (platform setup/maintenance, analytics analysis and reporting)
    • Experience with Google Tag Manager (tag implementation including tag audit, creation, data layer events, testing, and debugging)
    • Expertise in creating and implementing data taxonomy governance best practices.
    • Test Plan Documentation – document test plans (related to analytics QA)
    • Be able to aggregate different data sets to work within a (Customer Data Platform) CDP.
    • Proficiency in various digital marketing tactics and data sets, including online media (display, paid search, SEO), CRM, and mobile app
    • Familiarity with Campaign Automation systems (Adobe, SFMC)
    • Proficiency in understanding pharma Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Content Management Systems (i.e. Veeva Promo Mats)
    • Experience with Social Media Analytics is a plus.
    • Ability to pull aggregate and analyze data for deep dive analyses and executive level reports that provide logical improvement recommendations and insightful strategic content.
    • Ability to develop for projects with complex business requirements.
