As a Lead UX Designer at Netomi, you will shape the design direction for cutting-edge AI-centric features. This includes creating and conducting user research (interviews and surveys), translating findings into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to build leading-edge experiences for customers. The role involves making strategic design decisions, rapidly testing and iterating designs, and acting as a UX mentor, ensuring the user experience is intuitive and impactful.
