Job Summary
Job Description
This job involves creating levels (maps) for games based on game systems and scenarios. The responsibilities include planning, designing data structures, creating specifications, and designing various content and data. Specific tasks include planning, designing, implementing, and adjusting data related to various levels; placing characters and gimmicks and adjusting data for behavior control; and creating various project plans and specifications necessary for the work. The candidate needs to have more than two years of experience in a commercial game development and be able to communicate smoothly in Japanese and have basic Excel skills.
Must have:
- 2+ years of commercial game development experience (specifications, data creation, implementation, balance adjustment)
- Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese
- Basic Excel skills
Good to have:
- Experience developing HD game titles
- Experience in level design in commercial game development
- Knowledge of pathfinding and AI
- Experience in action game development
- Understanding of programming

業務内容
ゲームシステムやシナリオに沿ったレベル（マップ）を制作するお仕事です。
企画・立案から、データ構造含む仕様作成と、各種コンテンツの企画・データ設計などを担当します。
≪具体的な業務≫
・各種レベルに関連する立案・設計・実装、およびデータ作成・調整
・キャラクターやギミックの配置、および挙動制御のためのデータ作成・調整
・業務に必要な各種企画書と仕様書の作成
必要なスキルと経験など
・社会人経験2年以上で、商業ゲーム開発経験（仕様書作成、データ作成・実装、バランス調整などの実務経験）のある方
・日本語でスムーズなコミュニケーションを取れる方
・Excelの基本操作ができる方
あると望ましいスキルと経験など
・HDゲームタイトルの開発経験
・商業ゲーム開発における、レベルデザイン担当経験
・パス検索やAIに関する知識
・アクションゲームの開発経験
・プログラミングに対する理解
