Job Summary
Job Description
This job involves creating levels (maps) that align with game systems and scenarios. The responsibilities include planning, designing, and creating specifications, including data structures, as well as planning and designing various content data. Specific tasks involve planning, designing, implementing, creating, and adjusting data related to levels; placing characters and gimmicks and creating and adjusting data for behavior control; and creating various planning documents and specifications required for the work.
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience as a working adult.
- Experience in commercial game development, including creating specifications, data, and implementation
- Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese.
- Basic proficiency in Excel.
Good to have:
- Experience in developing HD game titles.
- Experience in level design in commercial game development.
- Knowledge of pathfinding and AI.
- Experience in developing action games.
- Understanding of programming.

業務内容
ゲームシステムやシナリオに沿ったレベル（マップ）を制作するお仕事です。
企画・立案から、データ構造含む仕様作成と、各種コンテンツの企画・データ設計などを担当します。
≪具体的な業務≫
・各種レベルに関連する立案・設計・実装、およびデータ作成・調整
・キャラクターやギミックの配置、および挙動制御のためのデータ作成・調整
・業務に必要な各種企画書と仕様書の作成
必要なスキルと経験など
・社会人経験2年以上で、商業ゲーム開発経験（仕様書作成、データ作成・実装、バランス調整などの実務経験）のある方
・日本語でスムーズなコミュニケーションを取れる方
・Excelの基本操作ができる方
あると望ましいスキルと経験など
・HDゲームタイトルの開発経験
・商業ゲーム開発における、レベルデザイン担当経験
・パス検索やAIに関する知識
・アクションゲームの開発経験
・プログラミングに対する理解
