Job Description

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a LIHTC Multi Community Manager to provide exceptional property management services. The role involves assisting with leasing efforts and marketing programs, building tenant and vendor relationships, and professionally communicating with tenants. Responsibilities include addressing emergencies, processing applications, conducting credit checks, managing occupancy and maintenance, collecting rent payments, distributing notices for non-payment, reviewing expenses, and preparing budgets. The manager will also conduct apartment inspections upon move-out and ensure property and unit cleanliness. The position requires strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules, along with excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have:
  • Arminian Speaking (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations
  • Minimum of three years of property management experience
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Skilled in time management
  • Excellent critical thinking skills

Job Description

  • Assists with the total leasing efforts and integrated marketing programs of the community.
  • Build relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members, ensuring satisfaction and success.
  • Communicates professionally with tenants regarding property-related issues.
  • Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise.
  • Meets established company standards related to closing ratio on qualified walk-in traffic and phone to traffic ratio on qualified sales calls.
  • Places advertising that has been approved by the Manager, online or in print, when directed by supervisor.
  • Processes applications and conducts credit checks.
  • Assists in managing all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance.
  • Collects and processes rent payments.
  • Produces and distributes appropriate notices for non-payment of rent timely and within regulations. 
  • Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements.
  • Conducts apartment inspections upon move out to complete the statement of deposit within the state set timelines.
  • Walks property and ready units to ensure quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Arminian Speaking - Preferred
  • Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules. - Required
  • Minimum of three years of property management experience - Required
  • Yardi - Preferred
  • Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ​​​​​​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Additional Information

(Heritage Park at Glendale and Heritage Park at Arcadia) (106 units)

($27.00 - $30.00)

(Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM)
