Job Description

As a Community Program Manager, you will design, develop, and execute community programs to foster user advocacy, knowledge sharing, and peer-to-peer support. This involves creating initiatives that promote collaboration, empower users, and build a sense of community. You will be directly involved with the user community to ensure programs reflect their needs. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining community engagement programs, managing community challenges, driving collaborations, building authentic connections, providing guidance, promoting user-generated content, analyzing feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in community or program management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to design, execute, and scale community programs.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate.
Good to have:
  • Experience with community platforms or engagement software.
  • Skilled in identifying and amplifying user-generated content.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset for metrics tracking.

As a Community Program Manager, your primary mission will be to design, develop, and execute community programs that foster user advocacy, knowledge sharing, and peer-to-peer support. You’ll focus on creating initiatives that promote collaboration, empower users, and build a sense of community. This role requires direct involvement with the user community to ensure our programs reflect their needs while fostering a culture of trust and support. What you’ll do * Design, implement, and maintain community engagement programs that drive user advocacy, foster knowledge sharing, and encourage peer-to-peer support. * Create and manage community challenges, recognition programs, and other initiatives that encourage user contributions and highlight valuable input. * Drive community collaborations that amplify Make’s user ecosystem, strengthening connections and enabling members to collaborate, share insights, and grow together. * Engage with the community to build authentic connections, understand their needs, and ensure initiatives align with their interests. * Provide guidance and recognition to top contributors and thought leaders, fostering long-term engagement and loyalty. * Promote user-generated content and community-driven knowledge to maximize reach and influence. * Analyze community feedback and user behavior to identify trends, optimize programs, and inform future initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community programs with broader company goals and objectives Requirements * 5+ years of experience in community management, customer experience, or program management, preferably within SaaS environments. * Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audience segments. * Proven ability to design, execute and scale community programs that deliver measurable results * Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Experience with community platforms or engagement software to manage discussions, track metrics, and optimize user experiences. * Skilled in identifying and amplifying high-quality user-generated content and fostering thought leadership within the community. * Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics, analyzing insights, and continuously optimizing programs. * Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects independently. * Strategic thinker who can balance long-term community growth with short-term engagement goals. * Passionate about community-building, fostering collaboration, and empowering users to share knowledge and support one another. * Creativity and innovation in problem-solving, with a focus on creating vibrant, engaged communities.
