Job Description

Resolver is seeking an Account Executive to join its Sales team. This role involves end-to-end sales, working with well-known organizations to help them achieve their goals, with significant long-term growth potential. Resolver is a high-growth SaaS company providing a no-code platform for risk intelligence, operating as a hybrid workforce. The position requires consultative and strategic selling, outbound prospecting, achieving revenue targets, and accurate forecasting.
Must have:
  • Source leads, research, and connect via outbound calls, networking, emails, and social media.
  • Encourage transparent conversations with customers about their needs and challenges.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets by acquiring new accounts.
  • Develop plans for growth within the region to grow pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to stay on top of prospects and the competitive landscape.
  • Participate in industry forums, chapters, and associations relevant to target customers.
  • Forecast months in advance to achieve best results.
  • Capture and document data using Salesforce and complete required fields for leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to assess gaps and provide insights.
  • Identify, develop, and create new qualified sales opportunities from leads.
  • 5 years related experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Previous experience managing sales cycles of around 6-12 months.
  • Love prospecting.
  • Know the value of customer loyalty and can effectively anticipate needs, establish clear goals, and facilitate rapport.
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach.
Good to have:
  • Previous knowledge in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) space.

Let's break down the day-to-day a little further:

Consultative and Conceptual Selling

  • Outbound prospecting: you'll source leads, research and connect via outbound calls, networking events, emails and other social media platforms to articulate value.
  • Encourage real and transparent conversations with customers about their needs and challenges. You’re trying to find a customer-centric solution for key business needs.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets through the acquisition of new accounts within your assigned territory.

Strategic Sales Planning

  • Develop plans for growth within the region to grow pipeline.
  • Conducts market research through multi-channel sources to stay on-top of prospects and the competitive landscape.
  • Participates in industry forums, chapters, and associations relevant to the target customers.

Forecasting & Documentation

  • Forecasting months in advance to achieve the best results
  • Capturing and documenting data using Salesforce and completing required fields for leads and early state opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the team to find and assess gaps plus provide insights and knowledge on how to progress opportunities.
  • Identifies, develops and creates new qualified sales opportunities from leads.

People who Excel (Your Background):

  • 5 years related experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Previous experience managing sales cycles of around 6-12 months
  • Must love prospecting! Our most successful Account Executives generate their own opportunities too!
  • Previous knowledge in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) space would be a bonus, but not a deal breaker!
  • You know the value of customer loyalty and can effectively anticipate needs, establish clear goals, and facilitate rapport
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach
