Job Description

The Marketing Lead Gen Specialist at Neostella will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation strategy creation and implementation, relationship building with potential clients, collaboration with sales and marketing teams, lead performance analysis, staying current with industry trends, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation via email, market research, lead prospecting, using lead generation software, A/B testing, lead scoring, lead nurturing, data analysis, and database management. Collaboration skills and reporting on campaign performance are also essential.

In order to continue our growth, we are seeking someone for a Marketing Lead Gen Specialist! You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach and marketing campaigns. You will be required to research and analyze potential markets, develop and execute strategies to reach out to potential clients, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective lead generation campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads
  • Create and implement lead generation strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Analyze and report on lead generation performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Continuously improve lead generation processes and techniques

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation through email outreach
  • Ability to conduct market research for targeted leads
  • Proven track record in prospecting leads
  • Knowledge of industry-specific lead generation software
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimizing outbound campaigns
  • Familiarity with lead scoring and lead nurturing strategies
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Proficiency in data analysis and segmentation
  • Experience in building and maintaining a lead database
  • Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams
