Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a deep understanding of the service industry and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with pet owners.
This job includes retargeting marketing including WhatsApp marketing. Meta and Google marketing experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Experience in retargeting marketing including WhatsApp marketing.
• Experience in Meta and Google marketing.
• Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends within the pet service industry.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
• Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, designers, and printers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pet service industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the service industry.
• Experience managing a marketing team.
