Job Description

As a Marketing Motion Designer, you will create compelling motion graphics, trailers, and live streams to bring our games to life. You'll be involved in the entire process, from concept to final product, including capturing in-game footage, producing and running livestreams, and collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency. This role requires strong visual skills and a passion for storytelling within the gaming industry. The responsibilities include capturing, editing, and producing video content, creating video concepts, scripts, and storyboards. Further responsibilities include still and video photography, producing and running livestreams with an eye for timing, tone, and audience engagement, and collaborating with marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure brand and visual consistency.
Must have:
  • Professional experience in motion design, video editing, and live production
  • Advanced proficiency with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, shot composition, and lighting
  • Knowledge of the full post-production process, including colour grading, retouching, and asset archiving
  • Experience with livestream production and managing technical set-ups
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with Unreal Engine

Are you ready to craft cinematic moments, live broadcasts, and high-impact video content that captivates hundreds of thousands of players? We’re looking for a creative and production-focused Marketing Motion Designer to bring our games to life through compelling motion graphics, trailers, and live streams.

As part of our in-house marketing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our titles are experienced beyond the screen, whether through action-packed trailers, engaging social content, or livestreams that spark real-time interaction with our community. You’ll be hands-on with every stage of the process. 

This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual eye, broad technical experience across video and photography, and a passion for storytelling in the games space.

Please note that this role is full-time and permanent. Location: HQ Stockholm Sweden.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture, edit, and produce engaging video content for a range of digital platforms

  • Create video concepts, scripts, and storyboards

  • Still and video photography, including all pre- and post-production, for all types of media

  • Capture in-game footage to highlight gameplay features and moments

  • Produce and run livestreams with an eye for timing, tone, and audience engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure brand and visual consistency

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in motion design, video editing, and live production

  • Advanced proficiency with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects

  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, shot composition, and lighting

  • 30-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition team

  • 60-minute video call with the Creative Director

  • 60-minute onsite (or remote) interview with our  Graphic Designer and member from the wider team.
