Ajmera Infotech is seeking a Senior ASP.NET Developer with 3-5 years of experience to build fail-safe healthcare systems on Azure. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves architecting and developing secure, scalable .NET microservices, implementing critical back-end features, and leading Azure-native service integration. The ideal candidate will apply domain-driven design, TDD/BDD, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring HIPAA compliance and continuous system improvement in production environments.
Must have:
- Architect and develop secure, scalable .NET micro-services hosted on Azure
- Implement mission-critical back-end features with performance and compliance top of mind
- Lead Azure-native service integration (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault, Service Bus)
- Apply domain-driven design, TDD/BDD, and CI/CD pipelines to ship reliable code
- Collaborate across DevSecOps, product, and compliance teams to uphold HIPAA standards
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve systems in production
Good to have:
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Docker
- Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform)
- Messaging systems like Azure Event Grid, Service Bus, or Kafka
- Experience with performance tuning, load testing, and cost optimization in cloud apps
- Familiarity with logging and telemetry (App Insights, ELK, Grafana)
- Past contributions to healthcare products or EMR/EHR systems

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop secure, scalable .NET micro-services hosted on Azure

Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- 3-5 years of .NET development experience (C# preferred)
- Strong command of Azure PaaS, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB
- Proven track record with microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design
- TDD/BDD, Git workflows, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
- Hands-on with authentication, authorization, and encryption best practices
- Understanding of HIPAA, OWASP Top 10, and secure coding practices
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform)
