Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring operational issues at the station, improving station processes for effectiveness and productivity, and ensuring the achievement of Station KPI and SLA monitoring. This role also involves implementing improvements and evaluations for all station employees, and taking responsibility for shipments along with daily report updates. Requirements include a minimum of a Diploma (D3) education, willingness to be placed in Denpasar, good analytical and strong data-driven skills, and experience in expeditions is preferred. The ideal candidate should be firm, disciplined, responsible, have high work enthusiasm, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
