Job Description
The Operations Specialist role requires a minimum of a Diploma (D3) education and willingness to be located in Palembang. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach, and ideally, prior experience in the expedition field. Key personal attributes include being firm, disciplined, responsible, and having a high work spirit. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Responsibilities involve monitoring station issues, enhancing station processes for effectiveness and productivity, ensuring station KPI and SLA monitoring achievements, conducting improvements and evaluations for all station employees, and being accountable for shipments and daily report updates.
Must have:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) education
- Willing to be placed in Palembang
- Good analytical and strong data-driven skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Firm, disciplined, responsible, high work spirit
Good to have:
- Experience in expedition field preferred

- Melakukan improvement dan evaluasi terhadap seluruh karyawan station
- Bertanggung jawab atas pengiriman serta report update daily
