Job Summary
Job Description
Lead the development of strategies, implementation plans, and programs in Human Talent management, focusing on training and development processes, Occupational Health and Safety, and ensuring compliance with Internal Labor Regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of Human Talent Management principles and practices, including training and development methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing initiatives to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness within the company.
Must have:
- Higher education completed
- Experienced computer skills (MS Office)
- Human Talent Management training
- Spanish and English fluency
- Knowledge of Human Talent Management, Training & Development

Qualifications
- Education – Higher education - completed.
- Computer skills of an experienced user level (MS Office, electronic mail, etc.)
- Human Talent Management training courses or program
- Language skills – Spanish, English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Knowledge: Human Talent Management, Training & Development.
