Job Description

ElevenLabs seeks a Performance Marketing - Media Buyer to own their paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels. Responsibilities include campaign planning, budget allocation ($millions annually, scaling significantly), optimization, reporting, and collaboration with creative and product teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. They will test, iterate, and build performance dashboards, keeping abreast of platform changes and industry best practices. The role is remote but offers the option to work from offices in London, New York, San Francisco, or Warsaw.
Must have:
  • 3+ years managing performance marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Google, Meta, LinkedIn ads

  • Ability to write concise copy & collaborate with designers
Good to have:

Job Details

This role is remote, so it can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York , San Francisco or Warsaw.

About the Role

We're now looking for a Performance Marketer to be hands-on keyboard with our paid channels. This role will own our paid acquisition strategy, execution, and performance across channels—working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data science. You’ll have the opportunity to drive measurable growth across our self-serve, enterprise, and consumer funnels. We are already spending millions of dollars a year. We want to scale this significantly.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels

  • Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting

  • Collaborate with internal creative and product teams to build high-performing ad creative and landing experiences

  • Test and iterate constantly to uncover insights, drive conversion, and lower CAC

  • Build clear performance dashboards and communicate learnings across the company

  • Stay up to date with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns

  • Hands-on experience running campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn (other channels a bonus)

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of attribution, tracking, and experimentation
    Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Ability to write concise copy and collaborate closely with designers and landing page teams

  • Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
