Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an engineer to develop various tools/libraries used in game development and to build/operate build systems. You will collaborate with various roles across departments to build a foundation for improving game development efficiency and quality.

Required Skills

• Development experience in smartphone games, consumer games, or online games

Welcome Skills

• Experience in application build development using Unity
• Knowledge of Unity's AssetBundle
• Practical operation experience with CI software
• Experience in automation within build systems
• Development experience with programming languages such as shell scripts and Groovy
• Development experience with sound middleware such as Wwise, CRI Adx2
• Knowledge of low-level physics and mathematics related to games

Estimated annual salary: 4.66 million JPY to 9.91 million JPY. Wage form: Monthly salary system (including deemed fixed overtime pay)

• Monthly amount: 333,334 JPY to 708,334 JPY
• Basic salary: 246,596 JPY to 524,059 JPY
• Deemed fixed overtime allowance: 86,738 JPY to 184,275 JPY
• Bonus: Twice a year
• Overtime wages exceeding the deemed fixed overtime allowance will be paid additionally.
• Bonuses are performance-linked.
