Job Description

The Product Manager will own the roadmap for web and mobile product features, from beginning to end. This includes defining the product vision and strategy, writing detailed documents, creating user flows, managing backlog prioritization, and analyzing data. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and identify initiatives to improve user experience. They will also oversee the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of product features.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry or B2C.
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated with full project ownership.
  • A proactive and adaptable team player in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for web and mobile product features, from ideation to execution.
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management framework to ensure sustained growth and success.
  • Gather and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs and PRDs, create UX/UI flows, wireframes, and user stories, define A/B tests, and manage backlog prioritization.
  • Track feature performance post-launch, analyze usage data and user behavior, and run experiments to optimize performance and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, BI/BA, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality product delivery.
  • Identify and drive key initiatives to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of product features.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry or a B2C environment.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of taking full ownership of projects.
  • A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A problem solver with a creative mindset, always seeking innovative solutions.
  • Solid project management skills and a passion for games.
