Job Description

The Product Manager Cross-Product Integration (Finance Systems) at Haleon will lead the design and deployment of integrated solutions across Finance systems (SAP ECC, Ariba, Fieldglass, ServiceNow, etc.). This role requires strong technical expertise in system integration, data management, and solution architecture. Responsibilities include collaborating with Finance teams, vendors, and service providers; ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements; managing a 3rd party service team for change and release activities; and contributing to the continuous improvement of Finance tech solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution integrations, ERP template rollouts, and managing SaaS updates, along with a proven track record of successful product delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Must have:

About The Role

The Product Manager Cross Product Integration (Finance Systems) within the Enterprise Applications / Finance Systems team, which is part of the D&T CTO organisation, will work closely with Finance business teams, Tech Product & Service teams, third party vendors and service providers to ensure technical design, implementation, and support for end-to-end Tech solutions and first class tech delivery, standardisation, continuous improvement and compliance of our Finance tech solutions.

They will primarily be accountable for working across the Finance Systems product team to lead the design and deployment of optimised integrated solutions. They will possess a solid understanding of Finance system integration (e.g. SAP ECC module integration), and enough solution architecture, data management and integration experience to be able to provide technical guidance and advice to Tech leadership, and other Tech Product Managers and architects. They will ensure that Finance Systems integration & technical solutions are fit for purpose, meet stakeholder requirements (e.g. alignment to architectural design principles) and deliver value to our end users. They will have an understanding across a variety of Finance solutions and how they integrate with areas outside of Finance (e.g. with Supply Chain, HR etc), and ensure full compliance with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements.

The other key responsibility of the role will be managing one of our 3rd party Service Teams in part of our operational service to deploy change and release activities, including Software as a Service (SaaS) updates, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audit and compliance requirements. This will require a good understanding of IT Service Management practices, to work with other Product Managers in the team to understand business priorities and communicate progress.

This pivotal role will be a part of our Enterprise Applications Technology team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance Systems.

Expected Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience of working with enterprise solutions in these areas:
  • Integrations to other enterprise/vendor solutions, such as Workday, ServiceNow, FIS Quantum, Global Relationship Banks, etc.
  • ERP Template rollout, e.g. for M&A, new markets, new branches etc
  • ERP Template patching
  • Integrations to both Cloud/SaaS and internally hosted solutions
  • Product/software development tools: A-ha, Jira is a plus.
  • Ability to align with requirements relating to internal security, data management, architectural principles, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements (e.g., SOX)
  • Exceptional understanding of cross product integrations between our Finance systems (such as SAP ECC FI/CO/AP/AR etc, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, ServiceNow and other SaaS products) and other systems across which they integrate.
  • Understanding of options for integrating across different solutions, such as Web Services, SAP, REST, XML, XSLT.
  • Managing change and release activities, including Software as a Service (SaaS) updates & solution integration delivered changes & high adoption of standard integrations, into the relevant environments in a compliant and efficient manner.
  • Proven track record in successful product delivery, via Agile and waterfall delivery methods (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Inc. Product Owner)
  • Experience of gathering high-level solution & integration requirements and translate them into technical design specs, etc.
  • Experience of working on global deployments (Global / Localisation concept)
  • Experience of troubleshooting system issues by identifying root cause and suggesting technical fixes, solutions, or workarounds.
  • Experience working with third parties in the delivery of working products.
  • Experience of leading & working with teams across diverse countries and cultures effectively, within a large global FMCG or FMCH organisation.


Understanding of ITIL Frameworks and service management practices for a complex, global service

  • Degree education
